Zelma Rudstein commenced her legal career as a government lawyer prosecuting white collar crime in the Office of Public Prosecutions (Commonwealth) and then moved to working in private practices as she was driven by her interest in the issues that confound people in their daily lives and endeavours. Zelma commenced her own practice in 1991 and in 1994 founded RKL with the expertise, enthusiasm and commitment to turning legal problems into solutions for every client.
She continues to bring her unwavering enthusiasm for the practice of law and commitment to the interests of her clients to the firm. She is a lawyer who is called upon to advise in a wide spectrum of legal issues and possesses the ability to think quickly and outside the box. Zelma's practical approach and ability to analyse problems are invaluable assets to clients as this enables her to find economical and long lasting solutions to the legal issues that confront her clients in their business and personal lives.
Zelma is commercially minded, detail focused and a skilled litigator when this becomes necessary. She is ably assisted by the depth of knowledge and legal expertise of the lawyers and associates at RKL to provide professional, strategic and efficient legal services.
Zelma is a registered migration agent and is also an accredited translator from and into the Russian language.
