Dominique practices predominantly in the areas of owners corporation law, commercial litigation (including debt recovery), building disputes, consumer law and employment law, and continues to broaden her knowledge in the law by assisting senior lawyers with a variety of legal matters, both personal and commercial.
Since joining RKL, Dominique has become familiar with a range of dispute forums such as the Fair Work Commission, the Building Appeals Board and VCAT, and has acted for clients in relation to various matters, including but not limited to:
- acting for an Owners Corporation in a multi-party flooding and tree roots dispute involving insurers, local council, landlords and tenants;
- acting for and advising employers and employees as to their rights and obligations;
- acting for residential home owners in relation to a technical building dispute at the Building Appeals Board.
Dominique’s attention to detail, direct approach and pleasant manner is highly regarded by clients and her peers.
Prior to commencing at RKL, Dominique graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Monash University, and was awarded the academic prize in banking law.
Dominique is keen to establish a highly regarded reputation in her chosen areas of practice.
Dominique is also fluent in Greek.
